Sal Rai is the centre of entertainment in Boa Vista, and is the epicenter for the adventurer to start exploring this most stunning island. Most tour operators are found around the main square in Sal Rai and can organise trips to suit your every whim from mountain trekking to beach hugging. Boa Vista has some of the most stunning beaches in the world, though this is mainly due to their remoteness. To reach one it is advisable to hire a local guide with either a 4×4 jeep or a quad bike. And don´t miss the ship wreck of the Spanish cargo vessel.
